The freezer features thoughtful design elements, too, like sliding drawers that can help you better organize the position of your items. It also comes with a large bin that can hold plenty of frozen food items as well as a separate storage bin for ice.

Smart InstaView panel is a cool feature of the refrigerator. It allows you to control the fridge's temperature, lighting, and more from your smartphone. It's a simple way to keep track of your refrigerator and control it, particularly when you're away from home.

The Smart InstaView feature is neat but it doesn't improve the performance of the fridge. In fact it took longer to defrost and chill food in this fridge as compared to other fridges we tried. This is likely due to the bigger capacity.

The other issue we have with the door of this refrigerator. The handles with a sunken design let shorter people open them from the bottom. However, taller people still have a hard time closing them without slamming them. It would have been better if they had front-mounted handles.

The LG Counter-Depth MAX fridge is a great choice for those who want to combine the look of a smallest french door fridge door refrigerator with more efficient design. Its capacity is superior for a counter-depth model, and it cools evenly and has a great layout. It's also less expensive than the best counter depth refrigerator that comes with an ice maker, which makes it an attractive option.

It's a simple fridge which may not be as appealing as some of its competitors however it has enough features to make it a an excellent choice. Its main feature is the adjustable temperature drawer, which helps keep foods like veggies and meat fresher for longer. It also comes with a huge ice maker as well as a water dispenser.

Another nice feature is the "Chill Drawer" that sits over the two crisper bins. This drawer lets you divert part of the fridge's cooling power directly to this area, so you can keep food items that require special attention.
