The only negative I discovered with this model was that the VibraRise mop pad mount is not removable. You can replace the mopping cloth when needed, but it's difficult to remove the mount to wash it manually. I've noticed that any carpet that the best robot cleaner touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on the mount, which can cause abrasions.
