Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are made available.

Reroll Tokens

You can also find them in crates and chests, or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment into three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power increases the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To produce them, you need an upgrade level token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item upgrader kit and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item and then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain stats of armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade Tokens.

Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item upgrader can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage to weapons.

Some items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. These include the item type (either Armor or Weapon), the level of the item and the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing it. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any NPC that upgrades items.
