We were able to test drive the EV9 on the local highway for a few hours and found it to be easy to drive, and comfortable to drive long distances. The ride is smooth on ruts and bumps, while the EV9 is a master of reducing the sound of traffic and wind on the highway. The acceleration is extremely fast and the car has adjustable regenerative brakes that allow "one pedal driving" by simply taking off the accelerator.
The EV9 has excellent range and can be fully recharged in about three hours at home, or using any commercial charger.
